  • Where are you located?
    Our office is located in the centre of Rhodes town at 6 Ammochostou St., 1st Floor, 85100 (opposite Everest). However, we also offer remote language services wherever you are located.   • Do you provide translation services in several languages?
    Of course! We provide translation services in 50+ languages through our network of professional translators and interpreters. All our partners are experienced linguists with extensive experience and expertise in various fields who work into their native language to ensure top quality and accuracy in their translations.   • Do you belong to a professional association of translators or interpreters?
    Yes, we are a member of the Panhellenic Association of Translators (PAT) which is a member of two major international translator and interpreter organisations: the International Federation of Translators (FIT) and the European Legal Interpreters and Translators Association (EULITA). We are also a member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists (CIOL) the UK's Royal Charter body for language practitioners. Many from our network of professional translators and interpreters are also members of the Panhellenic Association of Professional Translators Graduates of the Ionian University and the Hellenic Association of Conference Interpreters. We also work closely with registered lawyers who are competent in various languages for legal translations and certification purposes. Additionally, we regularly participate in translation conferences, events, seminars, webinars, CPD training and we keep updated with the latest trends in the translation industry.
  • Are your translations recognised?
    Our translations are signed and stamped by our office and are acceptable by the majority of public and private organisations in Greece and abroad. In certain cases, we also provide translation certification by registered lawyers and in some cases by a bar association to ensure that the translation is specifically accepted by the Greek public authorities. The certified translation service provided by our agency includes all the necessary validations to ensure that your documents are accepted by all Greek public authorities. Simply let us know where you are going to submit your translation and we will take care of the rest for you.
  • How will I receive my translation?
    Hardcopies of translations can be collected: From our office in the centre of Rhodes town at 6 Ammochostou St., 1st Floor, 85100 (opposite Everest). By courier with nationwide delivery (Tracked & Signed service) in 2-3 working days to your address in Greece. By international standard mail (tracked & signed service) to your address outside Greece. Digital copies of your translations will be sent to you via email.
  • How long will it take to receive my translation?
    Turnaround time depends on the type and length of the text as well as the language combination. We will inform you about the translation turnaround time as soon as we receive your documents and before we begin the process. For most language combinations, the delivery time for certified translations is 2-3 business days.
  • How much does a translation cost?
    Cost varies depending on the type and length of the text, the language combination and how soon you require the translation. We will always inform you before we begin the translation process about the cost for the service.   • How can I pay for my order?
    We accept payments in cash, bank transfers and most debit and credit cards via POS/e-POS.
  • What language services do you provide?
